The MSA20 delivers the ideal mix of low-cost and high capacity for minimum I/O workloads such as reference data archival and disk-to-disk backup. The 2U array houses up to twelve 1 Universal hot pluggable SATA 1.5Gb/s drives. Each Modular Smart Array 20 includes the following standard components: Modular Smart Array 20 Controller Module with Ultra320 SCSI I/O host connectivity dual hot pluggable fans/power supplies two power cables one Ultra320 SCSI host adapte (SA-6402) and one 3 VHDCI SCSI cable.
